For immediate assistance during a scan, contact Rongwen. For all other issues with the scanner, the facility, or any piece of equipment, please either post up a description of what is going on to the Google Group (use your UCI Google Acct) or use our Trouble Ticket system. With the trouble ticket system, staff will be immediately notified of the issue and you will be able to monitor the progress of the resolution using that system.
